No, appointments are not necessary. We accept walk-ins and strive to provide fast and efficient service to all of our customers.

We recommend every two to three weeks if you drive regularly. However, how often you need your car washed will depend on many factors such as how often you drive, where you drive, and where you park.

Star Car Wash is a labour-based business, as such pricing is dependent on the time it takes to clean vehicles. Larger vehicles take longer to clean which is why the cost is higher.

Hand car washing is a detailed, labour-intensive process, and our pricing reflects the time and effort required to do it properly.

If your vehicle has heavy dirt, mud, pet hair, or interior mess that needs extra time to clean, an additional soilage surcharge may apply.

Don’t worry — our onsite manager will always discuss any extra charges with you before we start. It’s completely your choice whether to go ahead with the wash.

Polish is used to remove small scratches and make your car’s paint shine. Wax adds a protective layer to keep the paint looking good and safe from the elements.

Loyalty points can be earned with every wash! Simply sign up with your mobile number or collect our loyalty cards in store. Points are added after every wash (excluding Express wash)
